2024 Awards season

Award winning makeup that can be also worn as a bridal look.

With the 96th Oscars just around the corner in March 2024 and the recent dazzle of the Golden Globes and Emmys, let's take a moment to enjoy Emma Stone's stunning makeup looks. If you're like me and adore her style, here are a couple for you!

Emma's makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin (find her on Instagram as @rachelgoodwinmakeup), has been sharing the secrets behind Emma's award-winning looks. Using Charlotte Tilbury makeup, it's not just inspiring for the red carpet but also perfect for your wedding makeup. I recently tried Charlotte's Magic Body Cream during Christmas, and I loved it, it gave my skin that radiant and hydrated glow.

Emma Stone's Golden Globe Glam

Emma's Golden Globe makeup is a stunning! It's soft, stunning, and could easily double as bridal makeup. Think full brows, enhanced lashes, and cheeks that radiate a natural glow. The pinky peach lip colour she wore I am sure its going to be a Spring favourite – I'm already planning to add it to my makeup kit! Check out the image below to appreciate the beauty of this look. Oh, and did I mention Emma snagged the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for her role in 'Poor Things'?

Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles

For the Critics Choice Awards, Emma wore a classic black eyeliner with a small flick, complemented by gorgeous lashes. Her lips sported a berry red shade, perfect for winter vibes, again all Charlotte Tilbury makeup. What I adore about Rachel Goodwin's approach is how she keeps Emma's skin light and glowy. Using Beautiful Skin foundation, she lets Emma's freckles shine through – a reminder that freckles are beautiful, and covering them completely doesn’t always sit right. I love to show off gorgeous freckles. Emma took home the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress for her role in 'Poor Things.'

If you're looking to recreate these timeless looks, head over to Rachel Goodwin's makeup page on instagram. Or Emma Stone’s  profiles. The best part? They often list the products used, so you can try these award-worthy looks yourself. And here's a little tip – these looks aren't just for the red carpet; they make for fabulous bridal makeup too! Timeless, classic, and beautiful – I totally love! 💖✨

Lets see what glamour the BAFTAS and the OSCAS will bring.
