Wedding Makeup & Hair FAQs

Q. If you have a trial does this mean you will get the same artist for the wedding day?

A. Yes

Q. When should you have a trial?

A. We have some brides that have a trial a year in advance and some a month before the big day. We advise booking as soon as you know the wedding date. If it is far in advance, I take a photo and make notes on look and products used so I can create the same look on your wedding day. I make sure you are happy with your look so all you need to do on the day is sit back and enjoy being pampered.

Q. What do you need for your trial?

A. For hair it is useful to have any hair pieces and your veil. For makeup and hair, sharing any images you like is useful however if you have no idea we can guide you. We bring everything with us and all have full complete professional kits.

Q. Can I just book makeup?

A. Yes you can book a single service.

Q. Do we have a list of products used at the trial?

A. You will get the name of the lip colour used and also the powder for retouches. We do not give a full list of products. We give the full list of products at a makeup lesson not a trial.

A. We travel all over the uk and anywhere in the world. For weddings where the artist has to travel more than 30 minutes from their current location, we add a minimum travel charge of £10.
